Yes, it's in petroleum row along Rt 1. The whole thing was shut down for some time after 9/11, but it's back up now. Don't know who they bought the real estate from.

Forgot to mention, the El Paso Elba Island facility is close to Savannah, Ga., it ws built inthe 70's and mothballed for a long, long time before being reactivated.
