Borealis REIT still open with TDW. I may end up getting my total request and regretting it. I tend to ask for at least twice what I want.

Yield is reported at between 10-10.5

Noticed that the other major REITs have softened, Riocan H&R and Summit all touched 52 week highs this past week but profit taking seems to have come into play some of the funds will be looking to pick up Borealis I would think.
