Hi Brian,

Sold some siii and bought some gecm. Pulled back a little last Wed, Thur. Then broke above an old resistence Friday and closed above it. When it kept rising Monday morning I got in. Don't have my stuff with me so I could be a little off on the chart pattern but it's close. Got in at 10.125. Closed yesterday around 10.75. Looking for good things from this one.

It sure is nice to be in the black. Also own a few others all my picks, but pulled out of Henrys' database except for one. I only own four currently and I'm about 85% invested and trying to practice better money management and diversification. These two basic things are something we here overlook. We often get so caught up indicators and systems that we overlook the rock or foundation that we must build on. I still absolutely believe that testing systems thouroughly is imperative but something that is even more important is your money management. If you don't do it you can get wiped out period. I was lucky.

DIVERSIFY - CUT YOU LOSSES - DON'T BE AFRAID TO TAKE A PROFIT

Maybe Richard will do another good long post on the basic money management techniques. I hope so.

What are you owning, buying. I saw your note over on beginners about a week ago. I didn't have time to write something decent as to why I bought the stocks that I own. Also it seems that every time I stick my neck out with a prediction or confess to a trade I get burned or at a minimum don't make any money. I would hate to lead someone else down a bad path. Send me an email on 1 that you really like, own, or are thinking about and I will do the same.

By the way, I started with Henrys' weekly but moved up to the daily yesterday. Hes' already paid for it.

"Heres wishing you the best of good buys"<gg>

That Kangas guy is a funny character.
