Kerry is viewed by military personnel as a yuppie-stuffy Northeastern liberal, he will look more like a Dukakis if he tries those macho hollywood-image-games. Bush is viewed as a decent, honest leader, who is willing to make the difficult decisions the office demands.

In regard to cutting taxes and its effect on education benefits to military personnel, sorry, wrong again. Education benefits to military personnel have gone up the past few years. You no longer have to pay a percentage of the cost of tuition, which was a big hurdle for many low income families to overcome. The system now pays 100% for active duty personnel.

McCain has quietly led the charge against cutting veterans medical benefits, and he's had some success the past few years. Prescription drugs can now be purchased inexpensively at remote locations by retirees.

Lawyers, who have been lining the pockets of Democrat candidates, to keep the system sui-happy will be exposed in the next election. Doctors are getting the message across the country, as Bush is slowly winning the battle on TORT reform. Democrats are extremely vulnerable on this issue.

Kerry will be afraid to go after Bush for the supposedly big deal AWOL charge, since films and pictures are still floating around of him throwing his medals as a Vietnam protestor.

Bottom line: The military overseas vote will decisively go to Bush in Florida. Probably greater than the near 70-30 split in the last election. They will remember the disgusting way Gore's team of high priced henchmen attempted to steal their right to vote in the last election.
