Crossy - a little too late for this one, but PWTXE.OB seemed like a no-brainer this morning as far as risk/reward is concerned. This was one of the companies mentioned in the NY Times article along with GMIL a few months ago. The tentative buyout offer of $300M would translate into $5.00 per share, assuming no additional debt since the beginning of this year. Assuming they lost say, $50M since then, that would translate to 2.50 per share (debt is $213M, outstanding shares are 19M). So i was surprised this morning when the stock opened up at .07 x .09. Took a chance at .09 and so far, so good. (Closed at .21.) In a way it's a shot in the dark, but one has to consider that risk/reward: potential 20 bagger in a week, with risk of losing entire investment. Thoughts?
