Huh did Noam get a new convertible? Seriously m1 the convertible and the shelf registration issues are pretty old news. I doubt that either are driving the stock price at this point.

I do have one question. How were the "old" converts paid off? I think since the company got a new convertible loan most of us just assumed Noam would use cash on hand plus the proceeds from that issue to pay off the "old" bond holders. But are we sure of that? Perhaps a combination of cash and still new shares were used and it is these shares being traded that's currently pushing the price down. Is that a possibility? Still more share dilution? I shudder to think about this possibility but I guess I'll ask Diana directly.
