I tried to post the Baker Report info on Yahoo, and Yahoo deleted it. Since it doesn't in any way violate Yahoo's terms of service, evidently Yahoo feels they are big enough these days to censor member posts if they don't like the content.

It has nothing to do with size, and the use of the term "censor[ship]" is at best emotional. Under our economic and legal system, at least within the strict purview of the U.S. Constitution, censorship is practically the exclusive domain of the government.

It is well within the right of any private company to determine the content hosted within their private domain. It's a property right, deriving directly from the Constitution. (Perhaps you've heard of it.) I'm not sure what legal theories you're operating under whereby a privately-owned institution would, or should, be obligated to cater to the will of outside, economically disinterested entities, but I'd be pleased to entertain them if you'd be so forthcoming.

Moreover, and less esoterically: I'm sure that if you dig within the Yahoo! Terms of Servvice, there's some caveat permitting them to delete anything not specifically denoted as a violation, at their sole discretion.

Or...are you suggesting that is this yet another tributary of an incredibly large (and evidently growing) conspiracy?
