Heck, even Jerry Brown.

Willie Brown is much less corrupt.

What Davis did in using the State of California's credit rating to try to fix the power crisis with minimal political consequences was equivalent to passing on hill while driving on a two lane country road - he could have wrecked the states credit rating & finances.

So somebody else should drive.
