Kerry is a veterans rights champion and Silver Star winner. He'll get a nice fat share of military voters.

Kerry is not veteran friendly. He does not get their vote.

Veterans know this about him...
His anti-war protests were phony...He threw his medals away and later they showed up on his office wall...He now claims he threw another veteran's medals away.
He participated in flag burning demonstrations.
Some of the men who served in combat with him question his awards.

Even his own constituents do not like him.
The Boston Globe and the Boston herald have run major articles and editorials criticizing Kerry.

Brit Hume reported...
HUME: And when he was head of Vietnam Veterans Against the War, he participated in a very famous demonstration in which Medal of Honor winners and other Vietnam veterans threw medals up on the Capitol steps, and Senator Kerry threw what everyone at the time thought were his medals. It turned out they were somebody else’s medals.....
But this is an issue that has arisen now and will arise again.

This Year, Kerry refused to let a bill out of his committee requiring Vietnam to address human rights issues before they got increased trade rights.

If you want to know if Kerry gets the military vote...ask a veteran. Ask a VFW or American Legion member.
