Sign of the times Newbie here, have followed this board for quite some time and find it both enjoyable and informative. Thought the following information might be of interest. China ousts U.S. as top FDI in '02 Foreign direct investment(FDI) into the U.S. plunged to $30.1B last year(02)from $130.8B in 01 and $307.7B in 2000. However FDI into China swelled 19.2% to $52.7B in 02. Whose currency is going to be pegged to whose currency in the future? P.S. I know it is a bad signal for the POG when newbies start showing up, but I have been lurking for several months and have a solid position in gold and silver stocks.
