Which has nothing to do with your original claim; simply an attempt to save face. The Belgians are trying to get Rummie and Bush in front of a war crimes tribunal. Ask them where they would like their army to meet our army. Winner gets to to try the loser's leaders as war criminals. BFD. This is like telling me Botswana wants to try GWB as a war criminal. Good luck. it's OLD Europe Yeah, I know that too. What I noticed was that the European nations with the most recent experience of brutal dictatorship backed the US. Funny thing. (they have lessons to give) That's OK. When we want to know how to really screw things up, we'll ask them. It was just a little while ago that every 20 or 30 years their continent broke out into all-out tribal warfare. Could happen again. What put a stop to that was the US sitting on their necks telling them we all had to concentrate on that hungry Russian bear over there.
