The original mission had been getting food to starving people under Bush 41. Clinton gave control of our men to the UN who changed the mission to hunting warlords.

The "kidnapping raids" were ordered by the UN. Our troops asked for some Bradley Fighting Vehicles and were turned down by Clinton.

Now before you try to lay it on Bush 41, remember Clinton was sworn in on 1/20/93. It was midafternoon, Oct. 3, 1993.
