Blah blah blah. Evidence in the conventional sense of the word does count for something, you know. And with the whole US occupation force largely aware of Rummy's problem in this area, there's still none to be found. Which has proven to be no obstacle to the local faithful making up any number of "theories" to explain it all away, but theories do in general have to be tested to count for anything. Well, except in theological areas, where dogma counts more. Neocons seem to be pretty good on the dogma front, near as I can tell.
