It sounds like they plan on advertising to boost sales/store, but they don't think that it will generate enough gross profit to cover the ad cost! Not good. On the other hand, I think that the number of stores will continue to grow sufficiently to generate higher EPS. So, if the projected EPS for next year stays above $2.27 (it was 2.40-2.50 as of last week) then its still at 10x P/E with continuing earnings growth. They have got to stop the slide in sales/store. Is the whole industry continuing to suffer equally badly?
