Bush knows he needs to improve econ.. and get drug program through... unemployment may not be down a lot by next year but economy should be on the move up... He will be able to say he got the problem when he came into office and took care of it.... Democrats really need for something to blow up for Bush to get into trouble. econ. security, scandal.
