Deputy Barney "Canada" Fife only gets one bullet when the need arises. And that does not happen often. Fife can only stay Deputy as long as Andy is in charge. If Andy ever quites then Barney is done. The United States of America will continue to diaper the Canadians as long as they keep soiling their pants.</font>
