Bush points to intel 5-20 years old. That's his excuse I guess. But why was he in such a rush to invade unless he had CURRENT intel? Reckless? Dishonest? Foolish? Too zealous? Greedy for oil? Wanting to use a war to steal an election? All of the above?

Its the oil. Iraq added too much instability to an already unstable region that supplies a good bit of our oil. Plus he has friends in the oil business. He gets to kill two birds with one stone. Karl Rove, the brain, is nothing if not clever.
