Correct, it was a fire. An explosion last milliseconds, and even if your definition of explosion was used (fast fire, which neither me or any reputable scientist would agree with), it is the other materials that would be considered exploding.

I never said that hydrogen was more dangerous than other commonly shipped materials, so why are you bringing it up? I agree that it is less hazardous, even less than gasoline.
