will there ever be peace under Islamic theocracy?

There will never be peace under ANY theocracy, whether it's Islamic or other.

The reason is that the theocratic government is interested then in the regulation of souls.

This means the government will reach into the furthest reaches of home, family and personal belief.

Theocracy eventually always will lead to Talibinization.
