Very interesting. A lot of libertarians would piss themselves with glee at the prospects. I think this is the only way Congress can be restrained, by a fundamental shift on the Supreme Court. They sure can't discipline themselves on the Hill. Congress passes whatever it pleases now.

Next few years will be exciting, IMO.
