We'll see. The practical applications escape me, unless they believe that tickling the APC with the correct peptide/TCR complexes will break self-tolerance.

That is, it sounds good, but....... it's still the same old story. One has to identify antigens from which to derive peptides to charge the TCR.

As you know, I don't invest in "cancer antigen" companies. This is one reason that I'm not homeless.
