Look... there is a new poster on ANTD suggesting that KENMARE is Mary Cummings, MMMary, one of Elgindy's top task-force members. He is also suggesting that scion is a Geri aka "Sheri". This is important and seems to jive to me for 2 reasons:
1. When I called Gerard Mooney at endex, a 'woman' fronted Mooney acting as a receptionist, or secretary, and acted as an intermediary between me and Mooney. In retrospect, this could've been a device to hide the fact that SHE was Mooney. This is pure conjecture on my part, but understand that scion/Mooney quickly sent faxes to my lawyer to inform him that I was "harassing ' 'him' by calling to inquire why he was libeling and disparaging me 24/7 on line. Also, scion posted regarding the incident.
2. There COULD be another take on this and it is so strange that this is why I get labeled a "conspiracy nut" so often. There is a very real DRAG-QUEEN element at play here and I do not mean simply men POSTING as women. I mean men into HARD CORE TRANSVESTITE FETISHISM. Case in point: Janice sued Dobry and the Chicago Tribune printed he admission of being paid thousands of dollars by the owner of GMKT. GMKT went public by reverse merger into Kenneth R Wiseman's DLIL shell. Kenneth Wiseman has posted under a myriad of aliases including, but not limited to: Ken_S_W, wulf, wulff, ratz_laughing_at_you, wiseman_is_livid and countless others. (Review ALL "wiseman" profiles on Raging Bull. He posted as "Ken" on SI, numerous others, but review his posts on ADLP, ITHC and other threads on Silicon Investor. Understand that Kenneth R Wiseman also was busted with Phil Lehman in the Tower Equities/Tower Ventures scam (do Google search & review NASD & SEC litigation filings).
Kenneth R Wiseman owned 16.6% of Tower Equities. He is an accountant. He also appears to be a drag queen. (Try and find all of technopulp's excellent posts on the AZNT thread disclosing Wiseman's dealings and Wiseman offering Janice Shell a job on-line. Janice posted she was entertaining the idea too. Why is a woman who tells the investment public posting with, and considering employment from, a penny stock scofflaw that provided one of Shell's employers a shell to take his company public?) OK... review Ohio State corporate filings where Tower Equities is listed as one of Kenneth Wiseman's ventures. Note the "Main St. address". (you can do all this on-line searchsystems. net - click "Ohio", then "corporations", then enter "Kenneth R Wiseman". You will discover a holding co. of Wiseman's called "Wenzer LLC". The web-site is: wenzer . net (or do google search if that fails. They change things after being discovered. always CAPTURE SCREENS!!) You will discover that wenzer . net is a DRAG QUEEN FETISH web-site. The site has been edited & reconfigured after technopulp disclosed it was Wiseman's.
But the WAYBACKMACHINE archives has most of the captured screens there, last I looked.
So... here we have Kenneth R Wiseman's world of DRAG QUEENS and GOTHIC fetishism. Is that it? No... there is more, and it leads back to Shell.
Go to the bottom of the page and you will see an icon called "HardCore" or "HC". It is a dedication to Wiseman's dead brother Scott David Wiseman. If you click the Hardcore icon, it takes you to accesstradeone . com and a memorial page on GMKT's web-site to Wiseman's brother from GMKT shareholders. Janice Shell, according to the Chicago Tribune took thousands of dollars to help the owner/operator of GMKT sue Gary Dobry in Chicago.
The story gets much more complex: the accesstradeone . com WAS owned by the CFO of Amerivet-Dymally Securities, Elton Johnson. It was changed after that was discovered and posted. Amerivet used the Accesstrade . com URL. Their brokers were indicted for manipulating stocks for the mob. The CEO of Amerivet is US Congressman Mervyn Dymally, who was also a DC lobbyist for the Sudan during the years Bin Laden was in exile there.
Upon information and belief, Arthur Murray Smolensky posted as arthur_murray with janice Shell and Kenneth Wiseman. Smolensky is also Elgindy's broker and the broker for the Elgindy enterprise, which brings us full circle back to this new poster's suggestions:
