A "flexible" renmimibi policy is indicated, according to the author. So competitive devaluation will be ratcheted down, LOL. Incidentally, I love Stephen Roach. He issues a wonderful turn of phrase for the events of the past 9 years, "a continuum of moral hazards". CD
