Dang Duke, you've finally "got it". Zee stars have been so lined up for Real Estate "tax wise" and interest rate wise it's unreal. But 'zay can't pull the plug for fear everything collapses... No one says much about all the tax breaks driving RE...besides, AG says it's "not a bubble". OTOH, is that $2500 loss limit really $3000 or are we talking about something else?
