Atta was in the US at the time Cheney said the meeting took place. His bills prove it. I read in the same Prague Post that the Czech government denied the meeting ever took place and it was a case of mistaken identity. That was back in November of 2001 I believe when I was in Prague. Way before this article you found and Cheney's TV appearance. Cheney certainly knew of the Czech government denial and the Atta travel records. He had no business lying about this.
