I would like to express my gratitude to the new SI administrator, Mr. Bob Zumbrunnen, for reinstating my account. The former administrators of this site canceled my posting privileges last year - apparently because they feared my discussing certain topics of interest with SI members.

On October 11, 2002, I filed a lawsuit against the defendants I named, in San Francisco Superior Court. The defendants are:

- Christopher Rea
- Trading Places, Inc.
- Philip Berber
- CyberTrader, Inc.
- The Charles Schwab Corporation
- Manhattan Beach Trading, Inc.
- Terra Nova Trading, LLC
- and Does 1-10

You can follow its progress at this URL:

sftc.org

If you wish to download the complaint, which is printable, then go to this website:

sftc.org

and download the plug-in in the middle of that website page.

Certain matters are now before the Court of Appeal. You can follow those matters by going to this URL:

appellatecases.courtinfo.ca.gov

Then type in "413497" in the first box.

If any of you have any questions, you may contact me at an e-mail address I established specifically for this purpose:

olivierasser@yahoo.com

Other legal action is likely, considering the posture of the defendants. Those of you who have suffered due to the allegations I have raised, I would like to hear from each and every one of you.

Yours Sincerely,

Olivier L. F. Asser
