< load up on gold and get off of debt, or pay the piper.> I agree on the gold part, but since the gubmint is going to bail out debtors, wouldn't you want to go ahead and lever up? The only catch is trying to figure out how to borrow the money, and what to dump it into. Any thoughts on ways to borrow a bunch o' dollars for a big real estate position, but then hedge the real estate price risk? BC
