I think it could be quite a time before we see any significant break-out in prices of general stocks. Well tech stocks at least are up 18% this year. Seems like we've already had a break out, unless you are looking for crazy numbers like 50%. If the market remains in a trade range as it has been since last year, I can still harvest some profits from it. Tech stocks aren't in a trading range, they are up significantly from their October lows. What market are you talking about??
