I've heard of the short skirt indicator before.

I've worn short skirts of varying lengths since
I was a teeny bopper. Not the micro micro minis
you see now. (I think you have to be 10 to get away
with those and that's too young to dress that way, IMO)

As for Gloopie, he does live in a cold climate.
Think that impacts the fashion scene?<g>
