One example of why calling a top is so difficult:
"The % of Bulls now over 60% for highest level since early 2001, while the bears dropped from 16.3% last week to 16.1%, and this is lowest reading since April 1987, over 16 years ago. Back in 1987 the market did not peak until August and crash until October."
