Interesting data. Thanks for preparing it. What I see in the data is that the market has rewarded the companies that are positioned for the upcoming needs of the industry as it goes into its next expansion phase. Those trends, (and I knew them, and ignored them, and like you got sucked into the value investing mode instead) are process integration, automation, increased through put, CMP and clustering. Lithography improvements (deep UV ) might be another one. So the leaders in these areas have been rewarded. FSII and SMTL don't have much to offer in any of these areas.
