What did you observe, Officer? I noticed that his eyes were bloodshot; he had slurred speech and an unsteady gait. What do you mean by "unsteady gait"? Well, I had to support him with my arm several times as he walked to the police car. Have you ever encountered this before, Officer? Yes. It always happens the same way once they spin their tires or talk back to us. Their speech gets slurred and so forth. As you know, I always testify exactly the same way. I have excellent training.
