<Ever try to communicate with someone who duzn't speak the same language? > All the foreman I've seen around here speak or are Spanish... or have someone handy to translate. < But a complex task for a skilled worker, I don't believe it. Electicians and plumbers are mostly white Americans... and where all the building bottlenecks are! LOL Not arugin who's workin what... I'm just sayin there are Mexican license plates piling past here every morning at 5:00am and they work freakin hard.
