Ray? I got bad news for you. People die in wars. That's why they're called wars. And not just soldiers. Nobody has yet invented a method of killing or identifying only enemy combatants. If you know of a way of doing this, kindly immediately inform the Pentagon. Some more bad news first, though: This ain't the first time this has happened. In the Battle of the Bulge, the Germans, in definace of the conventions of war, dressed German soldiers in American uniforms and used them to confuse and kill American soldiers. They also, at the end of the war, used out-of-uniform teenage and sub-teen boys to fight American troops. Now if you know of a way of keeping our enemies from pulling such nasty tricks, we would surely appreciate your telling us. Till then, this is a fact of combat. I've got another suggestion too: You could try growing up and dealing with reality.
