Davis will either prevail or be replaced by Bustamante.
But the rightwing doesn't even have half the sigantures they need and only have one month to get 500,000 more. They may not make it. If they do, democrats will fight back hard and unite around Davis. As like Texas, the Dems will come out looking like defenders of democracy, and the right-wing like enemies of democracy. If Bustamante replaces Davis he will win in a landslide next election because he'll get almost 100% of the Hispanic vote, a lot of whom dont usually vote.
