So now WE face higher TAXES in the guise of FEES from our state and local governments to MAKE UP FOR THE FUNDS NOT COMING FROM WASHINGTON....Fees and assessments that will EAT UP ALL TAX REWARDS from W for most lower and middle class people....in other words.....it's a fake cut at the federal level putting hardship on towns, cities and states already struggling to keep services up.
