The proof is that Ken Lay has never been indicted despite being arguably the biggest white collar crook in history. Not only did he falsify all kinds of SEC type data to deceive investors, banks, employees and regulators, but Lay is DEINFITELY guilty of massive fraud during the phony energy crisis. Enron shredded tens of thousands of documents, but still any Justice Department that's on the ball would have indicted Lay and skilling by now. 500+ days since Enron went bankrupt and no indictment of Lay and Skilling. The fix is in. Why? Because Lay was bush's biggest contributor and knows where a lot of bodies are buried. Only a complete idiot would not see Lay's guilt as clear and shockingly criminal.
