Lay could bury Bush if he ever testified. At the very least, he's guilty of all kinds of illegal campaign help like hiring Bushie operatives as "energy consultants" and never reporting it to the feds. But there's a lot more. No coincidence enron's phony energy crisis was smack in the middle of a tied election. It's called an October Surprise.
