You can make book on the fact that letting the oil fields get completely looted after the war was perfect for those counting on a huge contract to fix them.....HELLABURNIN' and the Cheney mob.....making sure that the money is fat and the time spent on getting the oil out of Iraq and onto the world market is LOOOOONG.....therefore ensuring that the price of oil maintains a high level for another round of money flowing into the coffers of Texas and Company
