The other 96% of the world will forever be in debt to the USA [all by themselves, apart from Britain and Oz, who seem to have been forgotten] for saving us from the evil destruction of Saddam's WMD-armed Yeti and BigFoot. In case you haven't noticed, the rest of the world isn't particularly thrilled about having super-cop ruling the world at whim using the Patriot Act, Guantanamo Bay, arbitrary detention without habeas corpus [and taking over the oil].
