Wally: First, if equity fund flows have increased from retail investors the past month and if this is bullish how come we have gone nowhere in the nasdaq and ndx? Sure, we are down since the peak but they could try to rally it again. So are retailers buying their shares from insiders whose sales have increased yet again: traders-talk.com Now who is the smart money here? Gee, I dunno <g>. You know, the author of that article is arguing against the proposition that we are in a bubble which is not suggested by anyone in the article other than the author. I think the very entertainment of that notion says quite a bit.
