In many countries of Africa recolonisation should take place. Their evolvement has only taken them from primitive tribes to modern world in 100 years. Look at the western world. We had the dark ages in say 700 - 900 AD in Europe when the white tribes were primitive, in the 1200s to 1600s Europe was still torturing and slaughtering people. It took the renaissance for civilisation to start. So a good one thousand years and we expect Africa to do it in 100 years. Give it another 50 years and we will see a different Africa.
