I'm willing to bet that many opinions would change if we were talking about a couple of John Doe's.

On the other hand, we're not taking about a generic artist in Dobry who just happened to choose the wrong subject, but someone who has devoted more than five years of his life targeting people he blames for his own investing blunders. As for Tony, let's also not forget that Dobry has spent considerable time with a "researcher" trying to implicate him and his brother in the 9-11 attacks. I can't speak for Tony's motivation to go after Dobry, but what finally prompted me to draft a lawsuit against Dobry (but not yet file), is when he bragged about informing a local police department about his research that implied my father played a role with me in the murder of a college student (whom, btw, I had never heard of until after her death.) Once again, I ask with all sincerity how you silence someone considered to be mentally ill.
