Billions of our $$ flowing into Bush-Cheney's buddy companies now. Halliburton and Bectel get special treatment, then the big oil companies and - wait a second - this is a good way to fix the funk in capital spending - spend it all in Iraq. Meanwhile our states go bankrupt.
