My GUESS is that DC1 may refer to a Development lab of CLASS 1 cleanliness. If so this would imply the most up to date facilities will be utilized in this endeavor. Also I would expect 8 inch (200mm) wafers being processed as a minimum, possibly even 12 inch (300mm). The latter is not out of the question given that OUM will be 'effective' in the minimum feature size realm of approx. .095um and below -- with these new. latest generation technologies/facilities being outfitted for 300mm wafers.
