Very good question. Some choices:

1) QCOM stock buyback via put sells;
2) play the stock/bond market;
3) dividend increase;
4) QSI;
5) QCOM stock buyback via direct buy;
6) technology and/or product acquisition;
7) other?
8) do nothing, be like CSCO or MSFT with hoardes of cash

Each one has its pros and cons...
