Yep, that was the summer of 2001, I remember it well. One day perhaps we will find out how many of those posters were in fact on the payroll of the defendants.

You know what is funny though, Yogi. I never said it then but I'll say it now: those posts are a treasure trove of information. By posting as they did, they handed over to me on a silver platter almost their entire defense strategy. I was amazed they did not see that. They just kept right on postin' away, blasting away at me with all they had. You see in the end they are quite arrogant and because they pulled off their scheme even now they cannot believe they have actually finally been caught red-handed, that anyone could possibly perhaps see right through what they did. I suspect that it is a very bitter pill for them to finally realize that maybe they are not so superior to their clients as they believed they were. After all, in addition to the money, I know that was part of their thrill in defrauding their clients - the self-belief, the superiority complex, the power over other people's lives, being the puppeteer stringing along so many. It went straight to their heads - and then because they could not admit they were caught they made very many bad mistakes, very poor judgment. Such as the IRS. What were they thinking? That I would sit back and let them try to destroy my life that way? Whatever.

Not very wise, all of this - but then again they were still deluding themselves into thinking I could be lambasted and threatened into not filing these claims. You see they're very quiet now. Too late.
