'Arab attack' <-- that's direct from your post to which i was responding, it could be argued that i am not so 'confused' in associating it with Nadine's wording of 'the Arabs invaded'
No need to go that far back to demonstrate the phenomenon, there are plenty in your post here, i'll just quickly paste in the two Godwin's Law bits -
'Hitler was widely admired among the Arabs.' 'Palestinian Arabs ... trying to finish Hitler's job'
Same old same old .... the 'sparsely populated' thing again too, sort of slipped in as attempt to equate with 'unpopulated', or 'land without a people' ...... and the thing where because they never had an independent state of their own they have no weight in the picture, no humanity .... and always the 'the Arabs invaded' ... or 'attacked', whatever
You cannot sell this line in the highlands of Chiapas, don't even bother trying ... there too the maya are semi-nomadic by nature and custom, they burn off some jungle, plant maize and beans for a few years, then move on when the crop diminishes .... practical reason for this is they don't have fertiliser other than ashes, but it is in their nature now, after tens of thousands of years, they like moving around .... they consider all the lands in which they move around to be their territory, and they consider themselves to be human beings, and you can type from now till the end of time and you will not convince them otherwise, nor will you convince me
