I really think Larry could have handled this peoplesoft mess a little better.

One thing I wonder is whether ORCL is actually buying any PSFT at these prices. It used to be that you could buy up to 9.9% of a company before making an offer, and so you could make a nice profit even if another suitor emerged. If ORCL isn't already soaking up PSFT shares, their offer must be pretty much of a sham.
