I supported the action in Afghanistan because the Taliban government harbored bin Laden and supported terrorist activities.

If someone attacks you, you have the right to attack back.

In the case of Saddam, I disagree with the way things were done. There was no connection between Al Qaeda and Saddam. There was no urgency as was presented with WMD. Bush screwed up by attacking Iraq. Saddam should have been dealt with in other ways. I don't understand why Bush lied about the intelligence.

Bush should have done things differently in Iraq. I disagree with the way he conducted diplomacy. The only excuse for it would be if the way he presented the urgent danger to the US to have been true. It was not true. And he knew it was not true. He had some other motives. What were they? He knew he had to do a sales job on the congress and the American people...and he did.
